Recipes
The end of the school year means it’s time for hot temps, shorts, sleeveless shirts and yes…swimsuits.
At my house, that means finding lighter foods that are really healthy to keep us feeling confident and comfortable in anything that we wear from one day to the next.
With that as the goal, I introduce our Cast Iron Skillet Seared Salmon. There is something so unique about the heat that comes from a cast iron skillet. Do other skillets get hot too? Of course!
The cast iron skillet has a great ability to create a crust that turns salmon into something you feel like you can only get at a restaurant. When you can make salmon at home that is better than any restaurant, you’ve found a repeatable recipe that will make you feel like an all-star chef, while also staying trim for those summer outfits!
Remember to look for clever ingredient swaps and FAQs on more and more recipes every week!

Foodness Fun - Poll
One of my best friends can drink iced tea like it’s going out of stock across the entire world. Bottles of iced tea, fountain drinks of iced tea, 20 oz, 32 oz…doesn’t matter. He will drink it like it’s his job.
I’m not a fan of iced tea. I’ve never liked the taste. My caffeinated drink of choice is coffee (and of course I put some sugar goodness in there too).
So………..
Which is your caffeinated beverage of choice? |
