Foodness Gracious - Week 33

Foodness Gracious

Recipes

Tired of that same ol’ breakfast day in and day out? Maybe you’re even someone who tends to skip breakfast altogether. If you haven’t heard, this is the most important meal of the day!

Might as well have a breakfast to kick start your day that packs some great protein, healthy fats and is just a delicious twist on that regular boring breakfast you have been eating for months or years.

This one is packed with protein from the beans and eggs. You also get some healthy greens with a bit of spinach as well (don’t worry, it cooks down easily and beautifully).

Get out of that daily morning rut and try this one. It only gets one pan dirty too (go with stainless steel to make your life even easier)!

Remember to look for clever ingredient swaps and FAQs on more and more recipes every week!

Reviews

We’ve talked before about those crusty old skillets that you’ve had in your cabinets for years…maybe even decades.

Make today the day you treat yourself to a stainless steel skillet to replace those old ones you’ve grown to despise.

Our stainless steel skillet product reviews will help you make your choice from budget to premium to responsible.

Responsibility

While we’re talking about breakfast for ourselves, we can’t ignore those awesome kiddos in our lives. Our recent Responsibility article focuses on those munchkins in our lives who also need to get a great start to their day.

We outline options for a Kid-Friendly, High-Protein Dairy Free Breakfast for the children who might have a lactose intolerance or even just struggle a bit to digest those pesky dairy products.

Guess what…we often like some variety in our lives and so do our kids. Treat them to a new option and watch their day improve!

Foodness Fun - Poll

We might as well round out our breakfast-themed newsletter this week with a breakfast poll!

When I think breakfast, I think eggs. There are so many ways to make eggs, but two most common are the debate that I am asking all Foodness Followers to answer this week.

How do you like your eggs prepared?
