I was traveling recently with a friend and we were discussing some of our favorite desserts. This quote stuck with me since he said it:

“Anything with caramel and I’m in!”

It stuck with me primarily because I couldn’t agree more! That led me to find one of my favorite recipes with caramel as a key ingredient.

Our Caramel Apple Blondies will be gone in an instant. Make a batch of these for a weekend with friends or just for your family. Maybe you need something different to take to a social gathering. You might just want your house to smell completely amazing.

There are so many reasons to make this delicious dessert. My favorite reason? The caramel. Obviously!
